Plenty of windows to increase ventilation. The educator stated that the windows open from the bottom. Please add safety locks to a couple of windows for safe ventilation. Please send pictures.
First floor: Kitchen, entrance room, playroom and arts and feeding room. Please submit the measurements for the licensed rooms.
Educator reports that the school aged child brush their teeth, but the one toddler’s parents do not want her to. There is no oral non-participation form in the child's file. Licensor discussed regulation surrounding toothbrushing and the need for documentation if parents do not want their children's teeth brushed, Licensor emailed the Educator with oral non participation form.

Licensor walked through licensed space and observed the following hazards: First Floor: **Foyer**- No hazards **Playroom**- No hazards. Second Floor: **Living Room** There were hair products, medication and a pair of scissors accessible; please ensure these hazards are made inaccessible. There was an exposed electrical outlet; please cover all outlets. There was a knife in one drawer; please remove this knife or make the drawer inaccessible. **Dining Room**- There were scissors on the dining room table; please ensure these are inaccessible. There was dog food and water accessible; please remove this during childcare hours. **Kitchen**- The child lock under sink was not installed properly so cleaning products were accessible. Please ensure this lock is installed properly during childcare hours. There were no outdoor hazards.

Outdoor space: 21 inch slide on grass. Please remove it or install a fall zone according to regulations. - Swing set fall zone not extended 6 feet all around the structure. The fall zone only extends 3 feet from the end of the slide. Please extend the fall zone to 6 feet on this area.
