There was a pressure gate on top of the basement stairs. The educator stated that the door has been removed and she placed the gate there for safety. Please install a permanent barrier, pressure gate is not acceptable. Please submit a picture with response.

Kitchen: Knife block and cleaning supplies on top of the kitchen countertop. The educator has a gate that prevents access to the space, but licensor discussed keeping all hazards inaccessible during child care. The educator promptly removed the items and placed them out of reach during the visit.
