Supervision of children
During a review of children’s records, one Individual Health Care Plan was expired for a child with chronic medical conditions.
During a review of staff records, one educator was missing an EEC Essentials Training certificate, a PQ Registry certificate, and MMR immunizations, and one educator was missing a staff orientation checklist and an EEC Essentials Training certificate.
It was observed that the bathroom was located in the hallway outside the classroom space and that an educator did not consistently supervise the children while they were in the bathroom.

During a review of children's records, it was found that one child's IHCP was missing, and that the parent did not sign the medication consent form.
The black railings that have "netting" need to be repaired or reinforced. There was a hole in the surface of the rock climbing structure that needs to be repaired.

The following was found during the observations of the classroom: Exposed rust on a pipe in the bathroom. Potty seat accessible to the children. There were long cords near the easels that were accessible to the children.
At the time of the visit there was missing information on the individual health care plan.
The programs lead teacher reported that they do not have food onsite to provide to children if the parent forgets to send in a snack or meal.
