There were miscellaneous household items in the hall by the stairs to the first floor that needed to be blocked off or moved.
The neighbors yard and truck/campers were accessible from the right side of the outdoor play area and needed to be fenced off.

Annual Registration in Professional Qualifications Registry (PQR)
The Educator has been using a different enrollment packet. It does not contain all EEC required information. Technical assistance was given regarding the EEC enrollment packet. The packet was emailed to the Educator, along with the Sample Forms packet. There were 6 enrolled children who needed proof of current physicals and immunizations.
The Educator has a Parent Handbook, however it does not contain all EEC required information. EEC Licensor emailed the Parent Handbook to the Educator.
