At the time of the visit EEC observed the following: a) The staff records checklist was incomplete. b) Two records did not contain a current health physical. c) Two records did not contain evidence of teacher qualifications. d) Two records did not contain two reference checks. e) One record did not contain evidence of MMRs immunity. f) One record did not contain evidence of program orientation. g) One record did not contain evidence of EEC Essential trainings.
According to the children's records checklist reviewed by EEC at the time of the visit 10 health physicals were expired or missing.
At the time of the visit one educator left the classroom to retrieve supplies leaving an educator out of ratio.
