A review of children's records indicated the following: -One did not have a current Individual Health Care Plan. It expired on 2/20/25. -One did not have an IHCP for a child who was diagnosed with (REDACTED).
The licensee did not have documentation of completing fire drills in the following months: -September 2024, October 2024, December 2024, January 2025 and February 2025. Fire drills should be held monthly with all groups of children attending the program.
This capacity increase visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.

During a review of the emergency evacuations the following was noted: -On 11/27/23 there was two educators supervising 31 children. The staff to child ratio for this age group is 1:13. The group was out of ratio.
A review of children's records indicated the following: -One did not have a current physical examination as required. -Two did not have documentation of a physical examination as required.
A review of the emergency evacuations indicated the following: -The program did not have documentation of completing an emergency evacuation drill in April of 2024.

Medication
The program did not have documentation of completing emergency evacuation drills for the months of October 2022, November 2022, January 2023, and February 2023.
A review of the medications indicated the following: -One child's medication did not have a prescription from the doctor. -One did not have a current medication. The (REDACTED).

The Following evacuation drills did not have the time of day of the drill: 12/8/21, 1/11/22, 1/25/22, 2/8/22, 2/15/22, 3/8/22, 3/22/22, 4/5/22, and 5/3/22. -The Following evacuation drills did not have the attendance documented on the log: 1/25/22 and 5/3/22.
A review of three staff records indicated the following: -Three did not have documentation of a completed staff orientation training. -One did not have documentation of completing the required EEC Essentials Training. -One did not have a current physical examination from a certified physician. -One did not have evidence that the educator has been immunized in accordance with the recommendations of the Department of Public Health. -One did not have First Aid Certification within six months of being hired. -One educator assigned to supervise the children did not have a completed staff record at the program.
