Indoor Space
The posted staff schedule was not current on the day of the visit. It included a staff person currently assigned to cover another position and was dated 9/1/22.
There was an microwave on top of a small fridge that was not secured and could tip over or fall posing a danger to children.
Outdoor Space - R Apr 2025
An inspection of the playground and rubber much surfacing revealed that there was an insufficient depth of rubber mulch under and around the fall zones of slides and climbing structures.
