Emergency medications readily available
The pre-k classroom bathroom did not have posted the diapering and handwashing procedures. All diapering and handwashing procedures are required to be posted in all diapering and handwashing areas.
In the Pre-K bathroom there was no written diapering plan posted. A diapering plan must be posted in all diapering and toileting areas.
The Pre-K classroom went outside on the playground without their emergency backpack. One child in the pre-k group has medication for a known medical condition. The medication was not readily available.

An incident documented in a child's record on (REDACTED) was not documented on the program master incident/injury log. During the exit interview this information was added to the log.
A bottle of rubbing alcohol was found accessible to children in the QUAHOG room, located on a low shelf in the closet to the left of the bathrooms. A bottle of shaving cream was also found accessible to children under a cabinet near the sink in the STARFISH room. Both items contain a warning label that states to "Keep out of reach of children" as they can be hazardous.
The fence located around the preschool space had three visible nails sticking out of the fence which could become a hazard if children were to get there clothing or hands caught. Two nails were visible near the bottom of one of the poles along the parking lot fence and the other nail was visible on the top of the fence near the trees.
Flaking and chipping paint is visible in the JELLYFISH classroom on the windowsills and near the corkboards. Paint is also chipping in the STARFISH room near the changing table.
