The program's evacuation/emergency contingency plan did not contain adequate information at the time of the visit. It did not include how to handle a missing child, fire, natural disaster, power failure or, loss of water/heat. The plan also noted that evacuation drills were to occur at least every other month versus the required monthly. Please upload to the document library when updated.
Medication Administration Policy
At the time of the visit three children with emergency medical conditions were reviewed and the following was found. One child was missing a parent signature and EEC required information on their individual health care plan. One child was missing details of who was trained and how they were trained to treat the medical conditions.
