Educator did not have available floor space for freedom of movement/exploration. Children were observed in gated area under the stairs, in floor model highchairs, cribs or exersaucer during the visit.

Basment and first floor back door, exits signs posted. Licensor observed packages of swiffer, water, potatoes and other items behind the door at the top of the basement stairs
