During the EEC Licensor review of children's files, the Licensor noted: 1. Missing the IHCP on one child requiring life-saving medication
The program does not have a Food Service Permit or documentation from the Health Department that the program is exempt from the food permit.
The EEC licensor noted that the children's water bottles did not have the required labeling of the child's name.
No peeling or flaking paint (indoor and out)
The EEC Licensor noted that the bathroom downstairs (gentlemen's) had stains and peeling/flaking paint on the walls.
An inspection of first aid kits revealed that one was missing ice packs.
