One child with documented allergy and life-saving medication was not listed and posted as required. Additionally, the child's life-saving medication was observed not to be labeled as required.
Children's records were reviewed for the five enrolled children. One child required updated medical information.
There was not a second surface for diapering material in place.

The following safety hazards were observed and accessible to the children, including but not limited to: Kitchen: The kitchen gate was open, and one stove knob was observed without a lock. Playroom: The pink kitchen set was not secured to the wall. The puzzle's shelf storage was not secured to the wall. Living Room: The closet door was unlocked, inside there was a vacuum cleaner, tools, and batteries accessible to the children. Inside the TV stand drawers, were an inhaler, batteries, cables, a screwdriver, inflation needles, and nail clippers, all within reach of the children.

Observation of the educator's Parent Handbook revealed that the EEC address was not updated.
Records were reviewed for the three enrolled children. One child's records were missing or had incomplete information in the following sections: General Permission (Basic Transport), Permission (Transport to Medical Facility and Receive Emergency Medical Treatment), and Emergency Care.
Progress reports were reviewed for the three enrolled children. One child needs progress report updarte.
Carbon Monoxide Detectors
The following hazards were observed and were accessible to the children: PLAYROOM: The kitchen set unit is not secured to the wall. LIVING ROOM: The exposed edges of the TV stand pose a hazard for children.
The inspection of the carbon monoxide detectors revealed that the detectors in the basement and on the second floor were not functioning.

The following hazards were observed and accessible to the children in the outdoor space: -The fence on the side of the house did not measure 4 feet as required, and there was no gate to prevent access to the busy street in front of the house. -The driveway was not gated, allowing access to the busy street in front of the house. -The wood fence near the shed was broken, providing access to the neighbor's house. -There was a ladder, some exposed woods and branches near the shed. -There was no fence at the back of the shed, allowing access to the trees and areas outside the property - Exposed tree roots that poses tipping hazards for the children.
Smoke Detectors
Outdoor Playspace - Hazards
There were no appropriate napping materials available for the children.
The inspection of the smoke detectors revealed that the smoke detectors in the basement and on the second floor were not functioning.
