Current consent for administered medications
There is a child enrolled in the program that is prescribed life saving medication but the IHCP/action plan was out of date. Please ensure new IHCP is obtained from the child's doctor and add to the record; confirm once completed.
Licensor walked through the indoor space, and the following hazards were observed: There was an exercise bike accessible in the play room; please make bike inaccessible and upload a picture once completed. There were drawers in the kitchen that contained hazards such as batteries and small tools; please add a lock to the drawers or remove items and confirm once completed.

Space (indoor / outdoor hazards) - 1
Licensor walked through licensed space, and the only hazard that was observed was that there were batteries and loose cables located in the kitchen drawers. Please move those items or lock drawers and confirm once completed. Licensor walked through outdoor space and there were no hazards observed.
