At the time of the visit not all staff on the staff records checklist had all if the EEC required information. Some staff did not have completed Program Orientation. Four staff did not have evidence of a current physical in their file as well as proof of [REDACTED]. Two staff did not have evidence of a completed BRC. Some staff who are transferring from another location did not have evidence of a resume or application and verified reference checks. Some staff did not have evidence of completed EEC Essentials on file. Some staff did not have evidence of course work and signed work experience on file.
