Staff Records - R Apr 2025
Two Staff Records were randomly selected for review, and the following was learned: 1) One staff did not have evidence of a current physical as required by regulation.
At the time of the visit, the following was found while reviewing all indoor licensed spaces: 1) In the kitchen/lunch area drawers, kitchen knives were found within reach of the children, creating a potential hazard for the children. 2)In Classroom #4, hand sanitizer was within reach of children.
Fall zones under slides and climbing structures
Toxic Substances
The fall zones under slides and climbing structures were not covered with an adequate depth of an impact-absorbing material. The wood on the climber was weathered and splintering.
In the bathroom, a toilet brush was within children's reach. The Dircetor removed the brush from the bathroiom immediatly.
During the visit, location of the first aid kit was not posted.
