The blind strings in the windows throughout the home were not secured out of reach. The kitchen set in the play room was not secured. The drawers in the kitchen and bathroom had sharp items, plastics, spices and toiletries and were not secured or locked. The bench stand by entry was not secured. The TV and table in the living room were not secured.
There was no window guard on the window drop accessible in the outdoor area.
The water in the bathroom was too hot. 140 degrees.
There were thorny bushes around the side of the fence that needed to be cut back. The air conditioning unit was accessible and was not covered. There was an area of the yard with many acorns(a choke hazard) accessible.
Emergency numbers were not posted.
Provider was using a slide on the wood deck and in the basement space without sufficient ground cover and fall zones.
There was a Bowflex bench near the basement exit that was in the exit route and was not secured. The first aid kit was accessible to children in the bathroom drawer. The new wall heater vent was within reach of children in the basement space. One of the shelves in the living room had protruding corners that were not covered.
