During the visit, the following was found to be accessible to children: In Kindergarten, a lamp cord in the reading area was long and loose and in the "Sun" bathroom stall two holes were in the wall next to the toilet with plaster showing and peeling. The licensee must ensure that the physical facilities are safe, clean, in good repair and free from hazards and clutter. The licensee must monitor the environment daily to identify and remove or repair any hazards that may cause injury to children.
