There is a shelf in the dining room that poses a tipping hazard to children. There are electrical cords measuring longer than 6" which are plugged in but are accessible to children. There is an electrical item with a cord longer than 6" accessible to children in the bathroom cabinet. A number of hand soaps are accessible to children in the same cabinet.
Children's blankets for napping are not stored in a way that prevents them from touching as is required.
