During a review of the Staff Records Checklist, it was noted that at least one educator has not completed the EEC Essentials 2.0 as required.

During the visit, the program reports that the internet is down in the area. Educators did not have access to the daily attendance log.
The program does not conduct monthly evacuation drills. The program reports that they complete quarterly emergency evacuation drills with the local fire department.

Of the two medications reviewed, parental consent was not present.
During the visit educators in two classrooms, were not able to access the attendance records.
During the visit, the licensor measured the mulch within the climbing structure's fall zone and noted there was less than 3 inches of impact absorbing material. Licensor also noted that the toddler fence is bent upward along the bottom of the fence, posing a risk of injury or possible escape.
