Observations from original visit on 2020-08-27: Based on Licensor's recommendation provider will place a small refrigerator in the laundry/storage area, facing the lower level playroom as well as a small microwave. This area won't be licensed for the children to use, will be used for a storage and meal/snack preparation. After installation, please report the reading of the thermometer. Temperature must be between 32 to 40 degrees F. Corrective Plan received on 2020-08-28: A small fridge and a microwave were placed on the laundry/ storage area. A permanent gate door was installed in the door entrance to prevent children to access the area. Fridge temperature was around 37 degree F. Observations during the Follow-up visit. The refrigerator temperature in the basement was indicated to be 41 degrees. This refrigerator was located in the laundry room, that is inaccessible to children.
