Three staff files were randomly selected, the following was found: One staff member did not have evidence of a current physical.
Indoor Space
During the safe inspection, the following was found: 1) In the Sprouts Infant Toddler Classroom, chipping/peeling was found on the walls. 2) The flooring/baseboard in the Sprouts Infant Toddler Bathroom is peeling down and off. 3) Water damage/peeling paint was found on the wall by the Buds Toddler Preschool Classroom sink. 4) Water damage/peeling paint was found in the corner of the Blossoms Preschool Classroom.
In the Pre-kindergarten classroom, a hot beverage was found on the counter within reach of the children.
Through the program, it was found that there was chipping/peeling paint on the window frames, door, and walls.
In the Pre-Kindergarten Classroom, it was found that the base board was peeling back out the wall.
It was found on the playground that there was not adequate depth of an impact absorbing material.
At the time of the visit the Licensor observed an educator not keep at least one hand on the child at all times when the child was being changed in the Infant/Toddler Room.
