Exit from the basement space is under renovation, missing hand rail. Please submit pictures with response.
No heating system in the basement space.
The educator has a swing set. The fall zone area needs to be extended four inches out on the front part. The mulch was also not installed at the time of the visit.

The certified assistant for six children was supervising seven children by herself in the outdoor play space. The educator was inside the house cooking upon the licensor's arrival.
