Applicant's emergency preparedness plan was missing clear exit routes and procedures for missing children. Please ensure emergency preparedness plan is updated and upload once completed.
Licensor walked through indoor space and they are as follows: Family Room, Dining Room, and Play Room. The only hazard observed was that there is a giant climbing wall in the play area. Please make wall inaccessible and upload detailed pictures.
