At the time of the visit the changing table in the infant 2 classroom was not next to the sink.
At the time of the visit, there were children’s kitchen stoves that were tippable and not secure throughout the program.
At the time of the visit, a child did not immediately wash their hands after a diaper change. The licenser asked the teacher in the classroom if the child had washed their hands and she had the child washed their hands.
A review of individual healthcare plans for children in the classrooms observed found that one child in the preschool 4 classroom did not have [REDACTED] at the program. The IHCP but for the child stated the use for it.
During a diaper change, the following was observed: 1) One Educator did not keep at least one hand on the child at all times when the child was being changed on an elevated surface. 2) One Educator did not wash their hands with liquid soap and running water using friction and dry their hands with individual or disposable towels after diapering a child. 3) One Educator did not use the two-step cleaning/ sanitizing process to clean the diapering mat after changing a child.

A review of staff files found that not all staff had up to date physicals. Not all staff had evidence of application, resume and documented refences in the files that were reviewed. Staff files did not all have evidence of completion of EEC essentials.
At the time of the visit staff were observed vacuuming while the children were in the classrooms.
Some medications for children with ongoing medical conditions had expired prescription labels.
One child had an outdated IHCP and was missing parent signature on some of the forms.

At the time of the visit some children did not have the EEC IHCP on file. At the time of the visit some of the Ashma/Allergy Plans from the doctor were missing the parental signature and a date.
