Climber structure is above eighteen inches from the ground and the depth of the mulch is only four inches (6 inches required for this equipment). Also, the structure is placed too close to the edge of the fall zone, a six feet clearance is required.

Playroom: four toy shelves are not secure. Outdoor space: a section of the metal fence on the outdoor area is bulging in and detaching from the metal post. Repair is required.
