CPR Expiration Date- 3/27/2019 First Aid Expiration Date- 3/2020 CPR appears to be out of date. Educator reports that her husband did an updated course for her and her [REDACTED], but did not have a card accessible. Please obtain a card and upload or email.
There are several exits from the home (front, side, back sliding door). All exits were safe and accessible, but did not have signs. Please mark all exits with signs.

Educator could not locate progress reports during this visit. Please complete all progress reports within two weeks and upload a plan on how you will maintain progress reports up to date and readily available. Please make note of the following: *For school age children, the progress report must be prepared at least annually, at the midpoint of the child’s program year. *For toddlers and preschoolers, the progress report must be prepared every six months. *For infants and children with identified special needs the progress report must be prepared every three months.
There was chipping and peeling paint along window sills, front door frame and the garage door. Please ensure all chipping and peeling paint is removed.
Licensor walked through licensed space and observed the following: INDOORS- **Kitchen**- There were knives located in one drawer. **Library**- No hazards. **Bedroom 1**- There was one exposed power strip. Please make sure these outlets are covered or made inaccessible. **Bedroom 2**-No hazards. **Bedroom 3**- There were hygiene products accessible, such as lotions. Please make these items inaccessible. **Bedroom 4**- No hazards. **Dining room**- No hazards. **Living room**- No hazards. **Bathroom**-No hazards. OUTDOORS: There was chipping paint located on the window sills, door frame, and garage door. There was a tank of gas located by garage door. Please ensure chipping and peeling paint is removed and remove this tank of gas.
Educator did not have a variety of toys and play equipment accessible. Educator reports that she takes out toys for the day and she only had blocks, some books, and some infant toys available for the children. Please ensure more toys, play materials/equipment, books, and puzzles are accessible to children at all times.
