The following hazards were observed: kitchen; there are 2 drawers not locked that contained a screwdriver and sharp knives, additionally the cabinet under the sink with the cleaning supplies was not locked.

There is 1 shelf in the basement that needs to be secured to the wall. Outside there is some flooding near the outdoor play area that needs to be made inaccessible to the children. There is play equipment that needs to be spaced out so there is 6ft clearance around it.
