Although the educator is completing progress reports they were not up to date
The temperature in the fridge was 20 degrees, the temperature should be between 32-40 degrees
The second exit leading out to the garage was not accessible or safe. There are a lot of hazards including but not limited to: tools, tool cases a roof rake and exercise equipment. The other exit has a vacuum and a shark vacuum accessible. Also the fridge now blocks a portion of the exit.
This technical assistance visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
