Two children's Individual Health Care Plans included the administration of an (REDACTED). The (REDACTED) were not on the premises; therefore they were not immediately available if needed.
One child's (REDACTED). Another child had a current (REDACTED), however, the prescription label affixed to the medication package was dated 9/5/2023, which is expired.

Staff did not take the classroom attendance outside to the playground with the children. The program must have a method of knowing exactly who is present on the premises at any given point in the day.
One child's epi-pen medication was not taken outside to the playground with them. Emergency medications such as epinephrine auto-injectors must be immediately available for use as needed.
On the playground, there was not the required six feet of fall zone between the dome and Little Tykes climbing structure.
