The program was missing a child's emergency medication according to their IHCP.
Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP) - R Apr 2025
1) File review showed that the program did not have parental consent for a child 9 or older to carry their own medicine. 2) The program did not have a back up supply of the medication for use as needed for children that carry their own medication. 3) A child's medication consent form was missing the parent’s signature.
This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
