Exit signs were posted. Educator has not been conducting and recording fire drills as required. Fire drills must be logged every month.
Educator has not yet completed a written assessment for the child even though she has been in care since March. Written progress reports can be started a month after care begins and then must be completed every three months for infants and children with special needs, every six months for toddlers and preschoolers, and once a year for school aged children (5 years and older). Parents must receive a copy, and a copy must be retained on file at the program.
