The temperature in the refrigerator was 41F degrees.
Progress Reports
Space (indoor / outdoor hazards) - R Apr 2025
Educator stated the progress reports are generally done in December and June. However, Educator was not able to locate last June’s reports.
Licensor inspected all of the indoor, licensed space during the monitoring viait, as well as the outdoor playspace. The following hazards were observed: **PLAYROOM - Clorox wipes on a low shelf. ** BATHROOM - trash does not have a cover, hygiene products in shower on a low shelf. ** OUTSIDE - no hazards

All required emergency information/numbers were posted, except an emergency back up person.
Licensor did not inspect the Eating Room as Educator plans to remove this room from the license, and there is currently a childproof cover over the door knob to the room, making it inaccessible. No hazards were observed in the Playroom or the Bathroom. Outside, the only hazard was a set of child size chairs and table that have chipping paint on them.
