Educator would like to remove the basement playroom from the licensed space, and will need to add the kitchen. All rooms were inspected during the renewal visit, and the following hazards were observed: ** LIVINGROOM **- exercise bike machine needs to be removed ** BEDROOM **- no hazards ** DININGROOM **- drawer with tide sticks inside ** KITCHEN ** - cleaner on counter and sharp knives on counter all need to be made inaccessible ** BATHROOM **- no hazards.
Educator conducted a fire drill every month, most recently on 7/8/25. However, Educator did not note the floor level used, or meeting place on the evacuation log.

Licensor inspected all of the indoor, licensed space during the monitoring visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The following hazards were observed: **LIVINGROOM** - no hazards **BEDROOM** - the trash was not covered **DININGROOM** - no hazards **BATHROOM** - the trash was not covered **BASEMENT: PLAYROOM** - no hazards **OUTSIDE** - Back yard is not approved for use, the children use the driveway. There was peeling paint on the side of the front porch and around the side door. There was also peeling paint on the small deck in the back yard.
First Aid Kit (FCC 2)
All of the required items were observed in the first aid kit. However, the instant cold pack needs to be replaced, and the children’s emergency contact information needs to be updated.

During the renewal visit, Educator was using a bedroom that is not licensed for napping.
Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the renewal visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The following hazards were observed: ** LIVINGROOM - multiple outlets not covered ** DININGROOM - drawer with multiple hazards including tools, small chokable items, laundry detergent on top of side table. All hazards in/on table were removed during the visit. ** BASEMENT: PLAYROOM - inspected but not set up for childcare as the space is not currently being utilized due to under enrollment. ** BATHROOM - no hazards ** OUTSIDE - no cover on the grill

There are multiple exits from the home, including 2 in the basement and the rear door and side door on the first floor. All of the these exits were easily accessible during the renewal visit. However, the rear door was not clearly marked.

Licensor inspected all of the rooms that Educator would like ot have licensed in her new home, as well as the outdoor space. Licensor observed the following hazards: * First Floor ** LIVINGROOM - no hazards ** DININGROOM - no hazards ** BATHROOM - no hazards * BASEMENT ** Playroom - 2 closets need to be made inaccessible and a gate needs to be added at the bottom of the stairs. ** OUTSIDE - old well needs to be covered or padded as it is a hazard, pool needs to be removed or made inaccessible by a fence, plastic slide needs to be removed.
