Health Care Consultant
During the visit, 21 children were present. Per EEC regulations, programs can not exceed a maximum of 20 children when operating four or more hours per day.

The address for the Health Care Consultant was not posted.
The use zones under and around swings, slides, and climbing structures were not covered with an adequate depth of impact-absorbing material.

On the playground, a red tunnel was observed to be rusted with flaking paint.
An educator wiped tables with Clorox wipes and did not follow the two-step cleaning and sanitizing as required by EEC.

During the visit, there wasn't any evidence of a practiced evacuation drill in October 2023. The educator must hold practice evacuation drills at least once a month. There was also obstructions (bins and a ladder) at the seconary evacation route.
