No pillows comforters stuffed animals soft/padded materials
In the infant classroom, educators did not supervise a child appropriately when the child was in a crib, as a mattress was leaning up against the crib, blocking the sight of the child in the crib.
In the infant room, there wasn't a sufficient quantity and variety of materials and equipment to engage the children.
During the visit, an infant was in the crib with a small stuffed animal connected to his pacifier.

During a review of staff records, there wasn't evidence of staff observations.
The changing table in the toddler room was tippable and not safely secured. One of the electrical outlets in the preschool classroom was not covered.
An infant was sleeping in a crib that obstructed the emergency exit in the infant room.
This investigation inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
The Building and Fire inspections expired in August 2022.

When observing the toddler classroom, children had access to tiny pom-poms, which were considered a choking hazard for toddlers.
On the playground, a rusty nail was sticking out of the sensory board.
There was peeling chipping paint in the infant classroom. Children had access to a vacuum that wasn't appropriately stored away from them.

There was an insufficient amount and variety of toys and materials for the toddler classroom during the visit.
During the time of the visit, the staff schedule wasn't current.
An Educator did not display positive interactions with a child while preparing to go outside to play. The educator's interaction was not nurturing or encouraging to the child. The same Educator did not display positive child guidance when verbally and physically rushing a child transitioning from outdoor play.
First aid kits did not have the following supplies, including, but not limited to: an instant cold pack, scissors, tweezers, and CPR mouth guards.
Emergency #'s were not posted in an area where they are easily visible.
In the infant room, rubber gloves and baby wipes were within children's reach, which posed a potential hazard. In the preschool room, cleaning supplies were within children's reach. An educator's metal-insulated coffee cup was accessible to children.
