First Aid and CPR
During a random review of some children's records it was learned that the program was not ensuring that chilren received Lead screenings according to DPH mandate.
The program reported that they only have two staff currently certified in CPR. One persons certification will expire on 11/20/20. Licensor encouraged the program to find and schedule a CPR course asap.

From a review of the evacuation log it was revealed that fire drills were not occurring in required frequencies.
From a review of a sample of children’s records it was revealed that not all records requiring such had individual health care plans that were accurately and or entirely completed signed and dated.
A review of children’s records revealed that an Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP) for one child with a chronic health condition was signed by the parent and dated in 2020.
On the day of the visit there was chipping paint in one area in the yellow bathroom used by children.
On the day of the visit there were several chairs in the Pinguin Room that could pose a head entrapment danger for children.
