Individual Health Care Plans were missing for two children during the review of children files.
A bookshelf in infant room was not secured at the time of the visit. The two corner shelves preschool 2 need to be secured as they are tippable. A shelf and bookshelf in preschool 1 needs be secured. The bookshelf in toddlers should be secured.
During the licensing visit, the program was missing fire drills for seven months out of the year.
During the visit a potty chair in the toddler bathroom had urine on, it was not sanitized after use.
At the time of the visit an EpiPen was expired, the date was January 2024.

At the time of the visit the playgrounds did not have enough mulch, the preschool side had 8 inches and the toddler side had around 8-8.5 inches.

During the visit the licensor identified serval areas of concern in the outdoor space. The chain link fence that goes along the parking lot is not secure and there is an area of the fence that is damaged which is hazardous to children. The gate at the chain link fence also is uneven resulting in a head entrapment. The wooden fence the separates the two outdoor spaces is rotting and poses a risk to both educators and children with many sharp pieces. The chain link fence in the toddler play space has a head entrapment, director is aware of the location. The mulch in the toddler play space was not sufficient.
