During the visit, the Licensee stated that the Blue Classroom was closed and the preschoolers were mixed with the toddlers in the Green Classroom. The program's license does not include a toddler/preschool mixed group. The Licensee must adhere to the groupings listed on the program's license

Two files did not include documentation of the EEC 12 Essentials trainings. One file did not include documentation of an orientation to the program. One file did not include documentation of bi-monthly observations.

During the visit, the fire drill log was reviewed. Drills conducted in 2021, did not include the number of children evacuated and the route taken during the drill.
