Progress reports were reviewed for all enrolled children. The school-aged children needed proof of current progress reports and one other enrolled child was overdue for a progress report.

Emergency Preparedness - R Apr 2025
The Educator did not have an emergency evacuation plan to evacuate the neighborhood. The Educator wrote the plan while Licensor was present. Discussed that all parents must be made aware of the evacuation plan, and that it needs to be added to the Parent Handbook.
Eight children’s records were reviewed. One child was missing proof of a lead screening.
