Cited finding
When observing in classrooms the following was noted: 1. A radio and pencil sharpener were stored on a shelf, the cords were hanging down and plugged in and were not secured, this posed a potential hazard. 2. Bathroom areas in classrooms are in need of severe cleaning/repair; walls and floor area appear dirty, the toilet seats are yellowed, cracking and appear dirty, the sink area is dirty, the caulk appears to have black mold. It is recommended that sinks and toilet seats are replaced. 3. The cots in the PS 2 classroom were not stacked safely into one another, so they were potentially tippable posing a hazard
