There is a fence that is not secure. Discussed with the educator to secure the fence.
The Stairs that lead to the basement will need a secure gate. The stairs leading to the second floor of the home will need a gate. A secure gate will be needed for the top of the stairs on the second floor of the home.

Outdoor Playspace - Hazards
The refrigerator was missing a thermometer during the visit.
The educator has radiators to heat the home. The radiator covers were missing during the visit. There is a fireplace that is not being used. The educator will need to cover the fireplace space.
The water temperature was 123 degrees. The water temperature needs to be 120 degrees or less.
All toiletries, cleaning products etc. in the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor will need to be 4 feet or higher or in a locked cabinet. The kitchen has cabinets that will need locks. Discussed with the educator that hazardous items need to be 4 feet or higher or in a locked cabinet.
Some physicals and lead screenings were missing at the time of the visit. Annual update forms were missing from the children's files.
The PQR expires on 2/19/26. The educator has not added any trainings to the PQR. Discussed with the educator to add all trainings to the PQR.
The evacuation logs were missing during the visit.

The outdoor play area fence is falling and there are some areas that are broken that will need to be repaired. The water temperature was 123 degrees. The water temperature needs to be 120 degrees or less. The educator is using the front yard for play at this time.
