Refrigerator temperature was at 42F during licensing visit. Please reduce this temperature to between 32F and 40F.
Licensor reviewed indoor space and found one outlet was uncovered in playroom 2 and another in playroom 1.
The educator did not have any progress reports for the children available for review. The educator stated she completed developmental checklists in December 2023, but did not save a copy for the children's files. A copy of the report must be given to the parent and a copy saved in the child's file at the program. Written progress reports must be completed every three months for infants and children with special needs, every six months for toddlers and preschoolers, and once a year for school aged children (5 years and older).
