A review of the Infant 1 attendance showed 4 children signed in while 5 were present.
An educator was observed placing a mobile infant in an "exersaucer" against their will. The child was crying and trying to climb out. The educator forces them to sit back down.
Educators in two classrooms were observed serving food to children without first washing their hands.
The program failed their building inspection due to 2 gates blocking emergency exits. The gates are scheduled to be removed.
The following was observed: 1. In Infant 1, a child's hands were not washed following a diaper change 2. In infant 2, the tables were not washed and sanitized prior to the children sitting down for snack and staff and children did not wash hands before preparing and eating snack. 3. In early preschool 1, the tables were not washed and sanitized prior to snack. Child and staff did not wash their hands prior to serving and eating snack.
Two educators were observed taking their hands of children while they were on the diaper changing table in both infant classrooms.
