Random review of five children's files. Most files had current EEC enrollment packets or annual update forms signed in June, July or August of 2023. One child is missing an annual update form signed by the parent. Discussed the educators reviewing all files to make sure annual update forms or packets are up to date.
First Aid Kit
Individual Health Care Plans
First aid kit is in a mobile plastic bin. Discussed taking the kit outside in the playground and on walks in the neighborhood. Emergency contact card pages for the children are not current. These pages must be updated annually.
Allergy list is posted on the inside of a cabinet in the kitchen. [REDACTED] are located in the first aid kit. Two children are missing Individual Health Care forms from their pediatricians and the required EEC medication administration forms in their files.
