Educator has not been completing progress reports as required. Written progress reports must be completed every three months for infants and children with special needs, every six months for toddlers and preschoolers, and once a year for school aged children (5 years and older).
Large fenced in outdoor play area. Deck is for exit use only. Fence surrounding above ground pool. Gate on the deck to pool area was not locked. This gate must be padlocked at all times during daycare hours.
