At the time of the visit, an educator was not fully aware of their daily count as the educator proceeded to count the children on the attendance record when requested to report their daily attendance.
At the time of the visit one educator took two children to the bathroom leaving the other educator out of ratio.
At the time of the visit EEC observed an educator remain in the same area of the playground for a long period of time, consequently not exercising appropriate supervision of all children in the playground.
At the time of the visit EEC observed that there isn't sufficient space in the classroom being used by the program for an eating area.
At the time of the visit EEC learned that Program was using a classroom that was not licensed by EEC.
