Safe Sleep
The following hazards were noted in the Infant 1 Room: 1. A noise machine was attached to the rail of a crib and easily accessible to the infant within. 3. A lengthy cord was plugged into an outlet and easily accessible thru the rails of a crib that was nearly against the wall. 1. A small infant toy was located inside of a crib that contained a sleeping infant.
The program's Building & Fire Inspections were expired. Please upload new inspections upon issuance.

During the visit, one educator's purse was on a classroom shelf accessible to children.
At the time of the visit, the program did not have evidence of a current building inspection.
