LICENSED KITCHEN: the space was observed to have the following: Laundry detergent is stored on the pantry floor and accessible to children. Aluminum pans and a variety of other pots and pans are piled on the pantry counter, posing a risk of falling and causing injury to a child. Glass pantry items (jelly jars, coffee cups) and spices are on the kitchen counter and within the reach of children. A four-tier shelf in kitchen that is not secure and holds pantry items (spices, glass jars) that are accessible to children and could pose a tipping hazard. A three-tier shelf in kitchen that contains: Bissell hardwood floor cleaner bottle, Clorox cleaner wipes. small appliances (air fryer, toaster), small appliances (air fryer, toaster), stacked on top of each other and within children's reach and posing a tipping hazard. BATHROOM: Bleach and other cleaning products are on the bathroom floor. Enamel spray is on the counter.
