There was inaccurate attendance in Classroom 8. They combined with another classroom and did not write out the children who were placed in other classrooms.
There was no required monthly fire drill during 8/22.
When classroom 6 combined with classroom 8 they did not bring with them the emergency backpack containing one child's emergency medication.

EEC observed multiple rodent bait stations placed just outside of the fenced Early HS playground but leaning against the fence. EEC instructed the PD not to use the playground until the bait stations are relocated to an area not easily accessible to children.
