At the time of the visit, the licensor observed a kitchen playset without doors and kitchen items to be the only accessible equipment for children use. Licensor observed a few toys and materials stored inside a closet not accessible to children. Educator did not have ample toys and equipment for the different developmental stages enrolled.

The licensor observed the following hazards: cluttered next to the alternate back exit (although it is not obstructing the pathway it represents a safety hazard since it is not barricaded): 1. Ladder leaning against the wall. 2. Plastic bags full of cans for recycling. A safety hazard: the back exit downstairs light bulb was off, it was dark on the way out, and the educator was not able to find the light switch.
The licensor observed the following indoor hazards: 1. Loses cables accessible to the children in the living room. 2. A table with uncovered(or unprotected) sharp edges in the kitchen/dining room.
